Urban Decay’s 24/7 eyeliner pencils are one of my favourite eyeliners. Not only are they really long-lasting but they also come in a great colour selection. Rimmel’s Scandaleyes are a great dupe for these eyeliners. They are almost exactly the same thing. Once they’re dry they don’t budge or smudge. They last all day, even on the water line. Rimmel ones are also waterproof.
Here are some photos comparing two colours from the two brands. They are my favourite type of eyeliner colour to wear. They are: 1) Urban Decay’s Underground which is a lovely cool chocolate brown with a hint of silver, and 2) Rimmel’s Bronze which is a warm golden brown with a hint of red. This is just to demonstrate the two colours next to each other as they are quite similar.
Here is how they look after smudging and rubbing. You can see they are equally hard to remove.
I guess the main difference is that Urban Decay’s eyeliners have more broken, more unusual and less obvious colours. On the other hand, my Underground broke for some reason and pigmented core fell out. As much as I love Underground I think I will stick with Bronze for now.
